License Agreement

This Software License Agreement is a legal agreement between you (Licensee), either an individual or an entity, and phpmycart.com/(Licensor) for .phpmycart.com software products . By clicking the "Accept" checkbox, installing, copying or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, click the "Decline" button and/or do not install the software.

Note: this Agreement may not be modified except by a writing executed by both parties hereto

1. License Grant. Licensor hereby grants to you, and you accept, a nonexclusive license to use the downloaded/installed computer programs, and any accompanying User Documentation, only as authorized in this License Agreement. The Software which is the subject of this License Agreement and its associated data and/or information is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of the License Agreement and .phpmycart.com reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under this License Agreement.
   
   
2. Proprietary Rights. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain in phpmycart.com. Licensee acknowledges such ownership and intellectual property rights and will not take any action to jeopardize, limit or interfere in any manner with phpmycart.com ownership or rights with respect to the Software. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software are the property of the applicable content owner and are protected by applicable law. The license granted under this Agreement gives Licensee no rights to such content. Any copy shall contain all notices regarding proprietary rights as contained in the Software originally delivered by Licensor.
   
   
3. Restrictions. The Software may be used on one website/computer owned by Licensee. You agree that you will not assign, sublicense, transfer, pledge, lease, rent, or share your rights under this License Agreement. You agree that you may not reverse assemble, reverse compile, or otherwise derive the source code from the Software. Licensee may not remove or alter any trademark, logo, copyright or other proprietary notices, legends, symbols or labels in the Software. Licensee may not use the Software by more users than have been licensed, on more computers than the number licensed, or by more developers than the number licensed, as applicable.
   
   
4. Limited Warranty. If, within 14 days from your first use of this product, you are not satisfied with it for any reason, you should stop using it, immediately un-install the Software, destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or under your control and notify If you return to phpmycart.com all the materials that phpmycart.com has sent to you in connection with the Software phpmycart.com will refund your purchase price.less a $ 5.00 handling fee. phpmycart.com”s liability is limited to the refund of the purchase priceless the $ 5.00 handling fee. This is the entire liability of phpmycart.com and is your exclusive remedy. phpmycart.com shall not be liable for any other damages or losses including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or loss of profit to you or any third party including, without limit, loss of data.
   
   
5. Governing Law. The Software is protected by Ukraine copyright and other intellectual property laws and by international treaties.
   
   
6. Termination. This License Agreement is effective until terminated. It shall terminate automatically upon the breach of your obligations under the License Agreement. If you do not comply with any of the above restrictions, this License Agreement will terminate, you will be liable to phpmycart.com for damages or losses caused by your non-compliance and phpmycart.com will be entitled to a court order which will require you to comply.
